Fundraise Up vs Givebutter: Which is best for you?

It allows us to have easy-to-use elements on our website, encourage donations gently but effectively, bolster our monthly giving program, and even cut down on the amount of credit card fees we pay because Fundraise Up encourages donors to cover the fees themselves!Plus, their customer service is quick to respond, answer questions, implement ideas, and help us understand and best utilize their software for our needs.

I have emailed them multiple times about this but they don't respond.

This platform has aided us in running many successful fundraisers while being able to keep track of donors, funds coming in and tickets sold.

I do not like that Admins cannot add or edit payment information, I do not like that Admins cannot process partial refunds, I do not like the virtual auction sign up--it requires too many steps, and I do not like that an Admin cannot mark an auction item "Complete" if a person pays offline.
