FundraisingBox vs Givebutter: Which is best for you?

So far, I've had to write a few receipts due to complications.

Too expensive for what it does for us.

This platform has aided us in running many successful fundraisers while being able to keep track of donors, funds coming in and tickets sold.

I do not like that Admins cannot add or edit payment information, I do not like that Admins cannot process partial refunds, I do not like the virtual auction sign up--it requires too many steps, and I do not like that an Admin cannot mark an auction item "Complete" if a person pays offline.
