Givebutter vs NewOrg: Which is best for you?

This platform has aided us in running many successful fundraisers while being able to keep track of donors, funds coming in and tickets sold.

I do not like that Admins cannot add or edit payment information, I do not like that Admins cannot process partial refunds, I do not like the virtual auction sign up--it requires too many steps, and I do not like that an Admin cannot mark an auction item "Complete" if a person pays offline.

Most importantly, we value NewOrg for its strong customer support and nonprofit-centered implementation approach - from the initial hands-on onboarding and ongoing training as we grew with the system to their consistent, responsive ‘above and beyond’ assistance.

We find the calendar operations a little clumpy.
