Their helpdesk chat function was also excellent, with timely support and regular staff, so you were often chatting with people who knew your project. Once applicants had questions, they, too, could contact Submittable customer service directly instead of asking me (the person behind the application for the Fellowship) how to navigate in the platform or reset their password.

We did not consider the reporting dashboard enough when setting up the application, so we had to redo some questions after the fact to get the right format to be able to report accurately and efficiently.
