  • Luminate Online has a lot of great features and tools, however, the deployment and early days of adoption were very difficult.
  • You shouldn't have to hire an outside company to create your event site within a tool that is supposed to make it easy to use. Both the backend and front experience with the donation forms was so complex. When we moved away we saw an instant incredibly rise in conversion rate.

  • The event registration feature has been very helpful, we love the Account Notes feature, and it's been amazing to send out a survey whose responses fill members' profiles!
  • This causes difficulty for the members (when they login to the "wrong" account, they do not have an active membership), as well as obfuscating how long someone has been a member, as they might renew on the Individual account one year and the Company account the next, so complete membership records are divided between two accounts.
