- Luminate Online has a lot of great features and tools, however, the deployment and early days of adoption were very difficult.
- You shouldn't have to hire an outside company to create your event site within a tool that is supposed to make it easy to use. Both the backend and front experience with the donation forms was so complex. When we moved away we saw an instant incredibly rise in conversion rate.
- The membership management is also very nice in how everyone has a profile where we can add notes such as allergies or whatever.
- Some features felt limited for what our ministry needs, and the customization options didn’t fully match our vision.
