- As with anything, this software's users would benefit from more specific examples for their end users (i.e. Trade Association, Chamber, Real Estate, etc.) to help users understand how to leverage the power of the software to solve their problems for their use case.
- It has been a fight to get the software to meet our needs from day one - we didn't now what we didn't now and the deficient onboarding exacerbated the issues.

- Not only is the product everything they promised during the sales process, but they regularly add and improve features, as well as taking into account customer requests for additions. And unlike other third-party products we use/have used, they don't have a premium tier or try to upsell you on buying more features - as far as I know, everything they offer is available to everyone who is their customer.
- I didn't know about Zapier, Map Dynamics, and other programs I would need to integrate and hadn't budgeted for them.
