I love how everything interacts with one another, the simplicity of printing out the donor thank you letters, and the reporting that it provides for year-over-year donations.

This causes difficulty for the members (when they login to the "wrong" account, they do not have an active membership), as well as obfuscating how long someone has been a member, as they might renew on the Individual account one year and the Company account the next, so complete membership records are divided between two accounts.

I think the training videos were quite helpful, but I struggled at first since there are so many functions/

Integration with accounting software is not as good as our previous software.
