About PayBee
PayBee is an online solution designed to help non-profit organizations manage fundraising campaigns across multiple channels. The centralized dashboard allows users to design cause-specific campaign pages and allow donors to submit donations through online, offline and mobile platforms.
Key features of PayBee include volunteer management, multiple donation modes, donor receipts and reporting. It comes with an inbuilt ticketing system, which lets organizers sell event tickets, invite donors for upcoming fundraisers and track guest check-ins, improving visibility across possible outcomes. Additionally, organizers can utilize the platform to generate various campaigns including peer-to-peer, long pledges and recurring, among other types.
PayBee provides businesses with CRM, letting them store details about donors, track or report on activities and share impact with stakeholders. Nonprofits are charged at per electronic transaction basis and support is provided via live chat, phone, email and other online measures.

This is my last year as fundraising chair. If I were to stay on I would definitely use PayBee again. I've told the board of our school to continue to use this platform because it's easy, has a comprehensive set up for tracking guests, auction items and funds. So easy to navigate.

Great for our annual fundraiser

This was an amazing platform for our annual fundraiser. In the pandemic we were not able to hold our event in person, so someone recommended that we try Pay Bee to bring our event virtual. We are not sorry that we did. We raised more than our goal with fewer participants than we would have had in person. We are thinking about how to use the Pay Bee platform for a hybrid event for next year's fundraiser as we expect that the live version should be able to come back.

As temple donations is our only revenue generation and tracking them and providing receipts is very critical to have building trusting relationship with the devotees. This platform allows to achieve that and more. Currently we have about 40% of donations done through online. This signification growth in the online donation, which reduce many volunteer hours in data entries. Currently we run our everyday transactions PayBee as well as our Galas and Banquets. The PayBee team is always available to understand our feedback in-depth and they built solutions that make our life easier

The staff at Paybee were amazing to work with. Although I was inexperienced in planning and executing a fundraiser, they were willing to meet with me multiple times to walk me through the setup process. They were patient and explained the software well. After our event, we met again to debrief, and they were very eager to hear about our experience and consider what they could do even better.
