- The next areas I'd love Volunteer local to develop would be a volunteer survey function within the system, the ability to attach training documents right to pre-shift emails, and a more elegant design of the end-user pages.
- It can be a little confusing. If you missed a small step, it might affect your event or programme overall. Or it makes it very clear how we can set-up the page as admin, but there is little help if you're a registered volunteer and if you need help navigating the page. As admin, it is necessary for us to understand the volunteers' procedures and methods to achieve certain things, and there might be an inconvenience if we can't answer them as well.
