The event management side is so much better than our last database with alumni and parents being able to book straight onto an event.

When I’m not using functions every day it’s sometimes tricky to remember the source for alterations.

The support received and help during the implementation phase was good and portal helps in collecting the details that we required from alumni and sort them by various filter.

The only thing which has been a little troublesome is that many of our alumni despite providing email ID have not got approval link on their email for joining the platform which leads to us requesting them to register themselves on the platform afresh.
