About Vaave

Vaave is a cloud-based alumni engagement software that helps schools, colleges and corporations build alumni database and plan reunions. Its key features include fundraising, mentorship, employer branding and talent acquisition.

The institutions can connect with alumni and form networks through role-based search, email targeting and messages. With the job module, managers can identify the ex-employees and automate onboarding process. The solution’s exit helpdesk feature lets administrators track submission of resignation tickets and process approvals.

Vaave’s networking portal enables alumni to share job opportunities and resources with students. The system helps businesses collect feedback, analyze surveys and create reports to streamline operational practices. It comes with a mobile application for Android and iOS and support is provided via email and phone.

Pros:

The team at Vaave is very supportive and understands the requirements very well, as the team guided us through the development phase and assisted in obtaining access to the portal. The team is always available whenever support is required. The product helps us in the purpose of getting connected to the alumni through various alumni engagement activities very well.

Cons:

We don't have any issue right now as everything is running smooth & fine. And also it could be more helpful if they could provide some online alumni activity/programs as a free service.

Pros:

Our experience with Vaave has been really great so far. Being new into the Alumni association, but they have guided me so well and have been providing us with the constant support throughout. The Vaave portal is really descriptive and has all the necessary features being required. Regular follow ups and meetings have made work really easy for us.

Cons:

I believe there are no such cons associated with Vaave so far. We are really satisfied with their work model.

Alumni engagement got a boost. Sharing information and shooting mails on a mass scale is easy with Vaave.

Cons:

Home page is not dynamic. Importing data other than database is not feasible

Value for Money. Quick process. Immediate problem solving. Continued Assistance. Smooth Onboarding. Security features.

Cons:

There is nothing to describe. The only thing which has been a little troublesome is that many of our alumni despite providing email ID have not got approval link on their email for joining the platform which leads to us requesting them to register themselves on the platform afresh.

Excellent Services

It was a funtastic work experience with vaave. Specially [sensitive content hidden] the lady who were interacting with us during the development of our college alumni portal was excellent and caring about her work, specially she should be paid more what she is drawing as salary today because of her prompt services. She is an asset of the company that I believe.

Interesting experience

UI is user friendly and lot of good features. Love the news room feature. I wishni could add more images to it though.

Cons:

During the registrations there are multiple pages to enter data. It becomes tedious for the alumni to register and many of them leave midway. Put them all in one and it will become friendly for registration.

I liked Vaave most for its easy networking, user-friendly interface, and effective alumni engagement features.

Cons:

What I liked least about Vaave is that the platform feels a bit limited in customization. sometime flexibility will be required in some way.
