No instructions makes it difficult to get everyone in the community up to speed.

Let this be your website

We are completely satisfied. It does everything that we needed a website to do for us plus so much more. It almost makes us want to expand our use of it, but we don't have some of the the amenities.

That the staff are quick to respond to any issues our users may have with the website.

Cons:

Nothing. It is our older neighbours who don't know how to use a computer that is usually the challenge.

As for the older residents who don't know how to use a computer, we offer a mobile app that could be a good option, and we also provide free training for both the platform managers and the residents. I wish you could change the naming structure and location of the items on the main screen. Also, I would like recipients to have the ability to respond to notices.

Service requests are not what we were told they are. Meetings are not what we were told they are. Set up was complex and self-directed.
