About the troubles with logging back to the app, we imagine you might have more than one email address, and we see how this might be confusing. In this case, the potential improvement area would be SSO adoption, which would eradicate such issues. For now, however, you can always check which of your email addresses is used for the Parkalot app login by checking your inbox. The email address to which you receive our notifications is the one that you need for logging into the app. We hope that helps! Hello Mary, thank you for sharing your opinion! We're so, so happy to learn that Parkalot provides you peace of mind. Our booking app was made to do exactly this - to ensure that people who, for various reasons, arrive at work a little later than most of the employees still have a chance of getting a parking space. Also, thank you for pointing out the ease of use and the flexibility Parkalot provides in terms of choosing a spot. Regarding the fact that you can't see in the app who parked in your spot, this is most likely due to the privacy settings configured by your account admin. Since this might have been set up in this way to protect employees' privacy, it's not very likely that it will be changed. However, in situations like you described - when somebody takes your reserved spot - you can use the "Incidents" feature and text your company car park admin with appropriate information, which helps resolve such conflicts more quickly.
