About Passwd

Passwd is a team password manager for Google Workspace users running on the Google Cloud Platform. Being secure and easy to use, it enables the team to generate, store, share, and autofill passwords reliably and seamlessly.

Boost security using the single sign-on (SSO) feature and two-factor authentication and then store an unlimited number of credentials categorized by user-defined tags. Access rights can be granted to team members and groups that are downloaded from and updated to match the Google Workspace account structure.

Passwd is a GDPR and SOC 2-compliant password manager.

Passwd Team Review by Digital Marketing Agency

Passwd was just the password manager we had been looking for a long time for our company: easy to use, always logged in and with integration with our corporate Google Workspace. We feel very comfortable using it and everyone is happy to use it! We are waiting for some technical developments that we have already reported, but support has reassured us that they will be implemented. Excellent, keep up the good work!

Pros:

- ease of use - integration with google workspace - user-friendly platform - fast and easy implementation - being managed via google workspace, no need for additional login credentials - speed of login - efficient support and assistance

Cons:

- seems a little less secure than other platforms (in our case, however, we were not interested in very high security) - occasional difficulty in managing many passwords (no possibility of creating folders) - password search in the platform and extension can be improved

Reasons for switching to Passwd

you kept dislodging, very stringent, people had difficulty using it

Pros:

It's easy to use, labelling, and also its password random generator.

Cons:

The UI somehow looks a bit cluttered, maybe because we use more than one labels.

Best pricing model and very good integration with Google. But there is missing a lot feature a user experience. I would say that this PM is mostly for geeks and developers.

A great password solution for Google Workspace based teams

We needed a way to share the credentials of resources amongst our development and management teams within our business. Passwd has enabled that in an easy way. We chuck everything in there now!

Pros:

Being heavily integrated with workspace and easy to deliver credentials to a Google Workspace based team makes Passwd a no brainer for us!

Cons:

Configuring the instance can be a little finicky but passwd's documentation does a really good job of walking you through it.

Reasons for choosing Passwd

Passwd was priced well and had all the features we needed, whilst being well integrated within Google Workspace.

Pros:

The softwares is really use to configure and use. The customer service is also very good!

Cons:

Some improvements related to password organization to search/find secrets would be helpful! Besides that upload file function would also be very good!
