About SSRPM

SSRPM is a self-service password reset solution, which helps businesses enable users to change their credentials by answering predefined security questions. Employees can utilize the secure portal to update personal information including addresses, names and other details.

SSRPM's account claiming module enables organizations to securely manage handover processes using a unique claim ID to access accounts or credentials. Businesses can add corporate logos to customize the platform and establish brand identity with users. Additionally, administrators can select editable Active Directory fields and attributes for employees to update according to requirements.

SSRPM offers mobile applications for Android and iOS devices, allowing professionals to enroll, reset and change passwords. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via FAQs, live chat, phone, email and other online measures.

    It offers ease of use to support end-users with authentication problems. Provides self-service where there is a request for passwords or account assistance. SSRPM easily combines with login prompts. A connection directly inside the prompt is given for Active Directory passwords or ID logins.
    Cons:
    The object performs its function reasonably well. Maybe it would be helpful to provide an extra feature that would support remote users. It will be excellent to send warnings or updates when a person has been locked out. We may access this information from the Admin Portal, but it would be helpful for a system-generated email.

    My overall experience with SSRPM is good enough because I have the tendency to forget my login credentials everytime. I think this product is very good for people like me. It is very user friendly and easy access is also the main feature.

    SSRPM is very flexible for resetting passwords in the case when we forget our credentials. It can be done without any help desk assistance which is great.     We use groups and OU’s for a lot of our security needs SSRPM works so well with our environment. Once you have configured the settings for the various levels of users, you don’t need to do anything else. Great product.

    I cannot think of anything to say on SSRPM that I do not like.
