    The software is very intuitive- even for a person not very "tech savvy"! The ability to have all client information at our fingertips for all the staff is a game changer!
    Cons:
    Some of the overlapping with Quick Books is a little vague- but we see that as more of an QB issue probably.

    The overall depth of the software and ease of use across different staff. Also having been developed by a care manager did give it some weight to its appropriateness to our business. You can also tell how the software is laid out in details- that a care manger had put a lot of thought into her client needs and the needs of her business.

    I love that it integrates with my existing calendar and systems on my Macbook and iPhone. My Junna's ability to store case notes and build an activity log is most essential though. These case notes are searchable. I would love it if you created Shortcuts
    Cons:
    I'd like to customize field names to better suit my practice. I'm court-appointed so each Case Note needs a date/time stamp. the current implementation doesn't enable this so I manually input YYY-MM-DD XXPM/AM with each case note–not optimal: I need start an end times for each entry

    I need software that is maintained and written on stable code. I want it to integrate with Apple technology. [The companies offering software aren't listed in the previous questions.     My Junna itself is fine, but not when interfaced with Quickbooks for purposes of invoicing and payroll.

    it's easy to add new Clients to My Junna and adding documents to the Clients' profiles is super easy, either by dragging and dropping documents from your computer desktop or by dowloading documents into the folder icon!
    Cons:
    Confusion when interfaced with Quickbooks. Takes a long time to figure out how to manage MyJunna so that Quickbooks corresponding applications are correct (especially in the cases that are not typical everyday issues).

    The organization of our work- how to access clients info, reports, invoicing, etc etc. but AS IMPORTANT ...the responsiveness of the staff- human connection to address my questions and help me to navigate the page (s).
    Cons:
    I m not sure I can answer that- it may be user error :) but understanding and implementing the billing rate portion, retainers is often confusing to me

    Very good, takes a while to set up, but very user friendly, and customer support and forms person are speedy fast and helpful/friendly - I never feel like a bother.

    Love my Junna. Tailored to care management with ability for other services to be incorporated. It allows for all of the intricate care management documentation (invoicing, acts as a hub to store your company documents, resources, etc) and helps with staff management (time report). I love that you can leave a task/message for another CM. Also LOVE the tutorials!
    Cons:
    You need to be careful not to add "relatives" of other clients to a current clients information in many areas (attached to chart, etc.) and it does not populate documentation into the facesheet automatically from when clients sign your intake form. And the inability to update your forms with edits as you please, and with a charge for each page has been difficult. I have a list of "suggestions" but they are not a make or break it (telehealth incorporation for extra fee, etc.)

    Love how easy the system is to use and how the features are constantly being updated. It's a clean fa

    I don't think I have any - there are probably some things I wish the system could do, but it could be that I haven't figured out how to do them yet. One thing I wish it could do is run reports or filter based on items in the factsheet. For example, if we could generate a report of all of the clients who had a date of birth in January. Or, all clients who have a certain attorney as their FPOA.

    How willing they are to take feedback and consistently upgrade the product. Support is really helpful too and quick to respond!
    Cons:
    It’s a bit limiting in terms of data export. We’ve uploaded a lot of info in there and are concerned about how to extract it in the future.

    Great program for care managers

    Great, it's been great. [sensitive content hidden] is very responsive, and the program is very intuitive. I've been using it since 2020 and been very happy with it.

    Easy to use, we can have multiple care managers on the system, and they can all view each other's clients for on call purposes. Price is reasonable.
    Cons:
    I can't move to the "next client" I have to go back to the client list and chose the next client on the list. It would be nice to just toggle over to "next client" when making agency changes.

    Useful and organized with a friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable team, MyJunna is a great tool for organizing client records and notes.

    MyJunna is great for organizing clients and notes with the necessary information. the best is MyJunna is always adapting and improving with lots of training opportunities and fast responses to questions. I especially love the ability to search within notes- so helpful when Dr's offices call me with minimal information.
    Cons:
    MyJunna can have a bit of a learning curve at first, there are a few caveats to the program but I wouldn't let that be a deal breaker as they are constantly improving and finessing this program.

    It is pretty easy to use and consolidates a lot of pieces into one workable platform. The layout and functions are mostly intuitive.
    Cons:
    The slowness of the calendar load and no direct interface with MS Outlook - a seamless interace would be a lot better
