Groomsoft vs Vagaro: Which is best for you?

I don't like that it is not integrated with phone.

We get around the app issue by keeping a shortcut of the webpage, but it's not easy to navigate around.

The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.

We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.
