About ProPet

ProPet is a kennel management software that helps businesses streamline operations related to dog grooming, boarding, service scheduling, order processing and more. The pet and client manager module enables staff members to create customer profiles, generate online agreements, track vaccination requirements and collect emergency contact information.

ProPet's boarding dashboard allows employees to handle check-ins, generate invoices, view daily reservation summary, manage cancellations, send automatic booking reminders and access pet-specific notes. The retail module allows front desk employees to create an online store, manage product inventory, track orders and accept online payments. Additionally, it provides a separate customer portal, which allows clients to upload pet details, book appointments and receive promotional offers and discounts.

ProPet facilitates integration with several third-party solutions, such as MailChimp, Zapier, Twilio, and Stripe. It also provides Android and iOS mobile applications, which enables employees to handle operations remotely. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, phone and email.

It's really easy to use and to train people to use. Very straightforward and user friendly. Customers use it easily too

Cons:

So much needs to be done - main complaint is customers book even if you are full We have to manually tell them we're full Causes confusing and overbooking

We are a new boarding kennel and training facility. We love using this software.

This software is easy to use, well thought out and it has lots of features. It helps us keep track of appointments, training, grooming, etc. Love it.

Easy to use, customer service has been outstanding. In addition, they are working on upgrades and have used some of our requests to customize the experience.

Cons:

There are still a few things in Beta, but they come out quickly and are well thought out and tested.

Pros:

Color codes that can easily be assigned to alert staff to characteristics of both animals and human customers.

Cons:

I was unable to upload my own contract for customers to sign. Also, I emailed 3 times with questions and they were never returned, however the first phone call I made was returned within 24 hours and that was appreciated.

Pros:

I have a vet friend who needed some help around the office and had recently switched to ProPet software. The staff at the office were super impressed with the software. They were able to move many of their existing tools onto the 'all-in-one' type software with ProPet. When I played around with it, I found it incredible well built with things where you wanted them to be. It didn't take long to become familiar with the layout and the location of the items you needed. The owner really like the ability to add modules as needed (ex. boarding/daycare).

Cons:

I didn't get a chance to play around with the software enough to find my own con's, but the staff complained that moving from existing systems was tough as data elements were either not aligned or not present. Therefore it took them a while to update records, which in the long run is a good thing.

Very user friendly & helps keep scheduled super organized! Love how you can text/share pictures with clients right from the app, accept payments, manage daycare/boarding schedules & activities. Keeps great track of all the dogs you interact with & their health history!

Cons:

I don't really have bad things to say about this app, sometimes it freezes & refunding customers is still an issue.
