Bold Gemini is a cloud-based safety and security monitoring platform designed to help organizations detect threats and set alarms in event of emergencies. Features include alarm queues, keyholder lists, customer records, open/close schedules and access control.

Central control rooms can utilize remote CCTV monitoring to receive alarm signals and view videos in real-time. Operators can view all cameras of the affected site, detect movements and utilize video analytics to identify suspicious objects or patterns. Using the Bold Gemini lone worker system, security managers can track a user's location and receive voice and SOS message. Operators can also use live and alarm videos to evaluate situations using site information, maps, plans and instructions.

Bold Gemini can control false alarms and escalate threat alerts to police or mobile guards. Support for the solution is provided via phone, email and documentation and pricing is available on request.

Pros:

I work with this system as my Job on night shift monitoring alarm system, this is easy to use, great database with all features for every detail for customers and businesses, easy to use toolbars and gives you a status from NSI on times and stats dealing with alarm systems. Also great for running reports off for my work as well as customer base reports.

Cons:

Ah sorry but every time there is an update it knocks things out of sync, crashes and freezes when trying to log on, also when you have a batch of alarms yes you have a batch close button but no select all button for all users only for management. When you have a multitude of non alarms you have to clear then one by one but if you had a select all button this would be faster to dealing with alarms.

Use feedback is valuable and warmly welcomed. Like all software applications, aging server hardware and operating systems impact negatively on performance. In these circumstances, we recommend updating processing hardware or migrating to a hosted deployment, like Azure.
