Kisi vs Silvertrac Software: Which is best for you?

I reached out to Kisi directly to resolve the issue and they informed me that the plan I was on no longer exists and if I want to get my subscription active again, I'd need to be in one of the new tiers which START at 4 times more than we have been paying for years (for the same functionality, mind you). When explaining the situation to Kisi, how we paid for the year on time and any missed payments on Kisi's end we're between their own contractor and Kisi, not us the customer.

Terrible- they will not return emails, and their accounting/billing phone number goes straight to voicemail.
