    The integration with my former plateform was nicely done and i'm very satisfied
    Cons:
    They could manage to create an app bsport for owner on the phone, witch would be very supportive for general management. The bsport back office on the computer is perfect, on the phone it needs to be upgrade !

    Bsport has everything I need as a new studio!

    I am very happy with Bsport! The platform has everything I need as a new spin studio in Europe. There is not much I would change about the platform besides a few bug fixes. Customer support is great and a big plus! The reporting features are nice & the marketing suite is a great option for just getting started with marketing automation.

    Customer support has been really helpful. I get all of my questions answered in a timely manner. The user interface for the backend is quite intuitive and has been easy to use & onboard team members with. My account manager is quite hands on & helps when I have specific questions about best practices etc.
    Cons:
    There were some bugs & issues that took awhile to solve with on website widgets that made the customer experience not ideal. We've gotten feedback from customers that the schedule widget isn't always easy to interact with depending on the browser.

    It made the most sense for what I needed as a new fitness studio. They had options inside for marketing automations and great reporting options. I heard good things about their cusetom

    Very bad experience. Deceptive and aggressive billing practices

    Our experience with Bsport was awful. Look closely and you'll notice obviously fake positive reviews on their profiles, which already set off alarm bells. In our particular case after we requested cancellation, they continued charging my card and refused to process the cancellation until I paid amounts they claimed I owed. They use very aggressive and opaque billing tactics that felt designed to trap customers. Honestly avoid them if you care about clear billing and fair treatment. Check Glassdoor too. their lack of professionalism also shows in how they treat their own employees.

    At first, Bsport looks like a serious, well-structured company. With a good sales process and organized onboarding and a customer support team that is responsive. But that impression doesn’t last long. The system constantly breaks (it even happend during the demo and the sales person made a comment like "why does this keep happening". Payment terms are also a mess.
    Cons:
    I had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with Bsport their backend keeps freezing and crashing all the time and their billing system is opaque, and canceling a subscription was unnecessarily difficult. Even after multiple requests, they kept charging our customers and refused to process any cancellation to their payments until we pay what they decide we own them. It felt dishonest and disrespectful to customers. I regret choosing them and strongly recommend reviewing their terms carefully before signing anything.

    Great customer service!

    I can't fault the customer service, [sensitive content hidden] has been a life saver and made it all seem much more manageable. We were starting a new business and the previous platform we had decided on (Glofox) disappeared on us just as we were onboarding and launching. bsport really stepped up and helped us switch over to them, ensuring we had the support we needed at a crucial time. I think if it had been a normal situation and not such an emergency, we'd have had more time to learn the system but we had to learn as we were operating and this wouldn't have been possible without their exceptional customer service.

    To be honest it's the customer support, I may have given up if not for that. But after pushing through, even though I still have a lot to learn I am becoming more familiar with the platform. I think once I learn more I'll appreciate the flexibility of the platform.
    Cons:
    It can feel a bit confusing at times, there are still a few aspects I'm trying to wrap my head around. The tagging has been the trickiest for me so far and a few membership payment issues I'm still trying to work through. I think once I know the system better and can navigate it more confidently these things wont be an issue.

    Finally found the right system for my studio

    Overall, I’m very happy with bsport. It has significantly improved the way I handle admin and backend processes at my yoga studio. I only wish I had joined earlier. The support I’ve received – especially from my account manager – stands out and makes bsport a great choice for studio owners.

    What I like most about bsport is having my account manager, [sensitive content hidden], as a direct point of contact. He’s responsive, proactive, and genuinely listens to my feedback. Knowing I have a real person who supports me and steps in when needed has made a big difference in my experience with the platform.
    Cons:
    I’m not a fan of the new AI-generated support replies, which often miss the point and don’t provide real help. Fortunately, I usually get forwarded to a real person quickly. Also, while the system is generally reliable, not all features are fully intuitive, and there’s still some room for improvement in usability.

    Reasons for switching to bsport

    I switched to bsport because it offers me more flexibility than Eversports, especially when it comes to managing fixed courses and workshops. Plus, my clients can book directly on my own website, which strengthens my brand connection and creates a smoother experience.

    Worst Decision for My Studio — Regret Switching from Eversports

    I have never written a negative review in my life, but I feel I must warn every small yoga studio owner: do not use Bsport. I switched from Eversports, attracted by Bsport’s many advertised features (like private bookings, which Eversports still lacks) and their competitive price. Unfortunately, this decision has brought nothing but financial loss and endless complications. I work with aggregators such as Urban Sports Club and ClassPass, and due to “technical issues” Bsport interrupted these integrations for several weeks, which caused a severe financial loss for my studio. The software itself is slow, unintuitive, and frustrating both for us on the backend and for customers on the frontend. Since switching to Bsport, I’ve received at least three times more customer complaints than before—about very basic functions like canceling a booking, stopping a subscription, or simply paying for a class. On top of this, I requested weekly payouts, but I haven’t received any payment in three weeks. I also asked to terminate the contract, but since it’s a one-year agreement, that may not be possible. Still, as a paying customer, I have the right to receive support—but the customer service team has simply gone silent for over a week, ignoring all my emails. If you want to run your business smoothly, avoid this company at all costs.

    Disappointing, inflexible service despite major problems

    My overall experience with Bsport has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I signed up in the hope of having a good booking system and improving the customer experience, but this turned into months of technical problems and daily frustrations. In particular, many of my customers were unable to make reservations for one type of event (birthdays), which defeats the whole purpose of using a reservation system. I sent numerous tickets with screenshots, tests I'd done and customer comments, but no solution was ever provided (for over 4 months). Support continued to deny that there was a real problem. I lost customers, money and a lot of time on the phone with some customers who bothered to call to book over the phone instead of giving up. Despite this, they continued to bill me monthly, even when I stopped using the platform. They also apply rigid 12-month contracts with no flexibility or loopholes, whether their platform works or not. I lost time, money and the trust of my customers because of their tool. Since switching, I haven't had a single problem. I would strongly advise any small business to look elsewhere.

    Honestly, not much. Maybe the idea behind the platform is good, but the execution didn’t follow at all.
    Cons:
    The platform simply didn't fulfill its main function: enabling my customers to book. For several months, the vast majority were unable to access certain reservations. I sent several tickets with screenshots, tests and explanations, and they admitted the problem, without ever finding a solution. This reservation problem cost me a lot of customers, money and time spent on the phone with customers who took the trouble to call rather than abandon the reservation. The customer experience is also very cumbersome. It takes too many clicks to accomplish simple actions. My customers had trouble finding the information they needed, and I often got calls about this. Another very frustrating point: managing family accounts. Even though children can be linked to a parent, they are treated as independent accounts. To register several children, parents have to make as many separate transactions, receive several separate invoices and have to use false e-mail addresses for each child, since the same address can only be used once in the system. And despite all this, Bsport imposes a 12-month contract with no possibility of termination, even in the event of a major service malfunction.

    Reasons for choosing bsport

    I was told that Bsport was an ideal solution for families, that reservations would be simple, and that drop-ins and online bookings would be easy to manage. I was looking for a well-structured, French-language platform that would simplify my life: managing registrations, payments and communications all in one place. So I put my trust in the system, thinking it would improve my operations. Unfortunately, the experience in the field was quite different.

    Reasons for switching to bsport

    I was looking for a more flexible, accessible and efficient platform. Activity Messenger allowed me to simplify the management of my bookings, without the red tape and bugs I encountered with Bsport. The platform is responsive, more intuitive for both me and my customers, and above all, flexible. The service is fast, personalized and open to improvement. The price is reasonable and truly reflects the value of the service. No one-year contract: I keep my freedom.

    A perfect way to run my yoga studio

    Bsport is a great platform, very helpful to run a yoga studio, because every step from the registration to the booking is easy for the members, it gives a clear view of the bookings for the classes and has a lot of possibilities to manage the courses.

    It's great to be supported and helped during the meeting session on zoom. Everytime i need to talk with my account manager i find an answer to my question.
    Cons:
    When the IA answers automatically to my questions, it is sometimes too fast because i need a specific response.

    I was drawn to Bsport initially because I was impressed by the seamless integration of the platform within a branded website, and the one-click user friendly booking system. Class management is a breeze, and security has never been a problem. Since migrating across to Bsport, what I love the most is the customer support I have received during all steps of the platform transition. In particular, I highly praise [sensitive content hidden] for her patience, understanding and quick response to my questions. She has been my guardian angel throughout the process, thank you [sensitive content hidden]!
    Cons:
    I have had a few teething problems with the migration across from my previous supplier, but potentially this is due to my technophobic blundering! It has taken a little while to get my head around a completely different system, in particular the transfer over of subscriptions and payments. I am impressed with all the features that Bsport offers, however as they are all add-ons, I am not sure at this early stage if I believe it to be value for money. As I am focused on the growth of my company, I feel this will come with expansion of members.

    Frustrating Experience with Poor Communication and Commercial Focus

    The app wasn’t even live yet, but multiple emails were already sent to my customers without my permission. This is very unprofessional. When I raised this issue, their response was dismissive, as if it didn’t matter. Since then, they seem to be focused only on collecting money and do not honor agreements, such as a promised compensation. They come across as very commercial and customer-unfriendly, hard to reach, and once they have the payment, they stop communicating. I would advise others to think carefully before working with Bsport.

    I was impressed by the functionality and features offered by Bsport. The platform seemed to have great potential to support my business needs. However, I did notice from the start that the salesperson was quite pushy, which in hindsight was a warning sign I should have paid more attention to.
    Cons:
    The strong commercial focus, the lack of understanding, and the poor listening to who we are as a company—both in conversations and in email communication. They consistently failed to acknowledge their mistakes and showed no willingness to resolve issues.
