Mainly I like the where i can data and take the prints and reduces the cost

It would be helpful if we have the color one and selecting font size

Before Vasion Print we had massive headaches managing print servers across multiple physical locations that caused headaches daily. The ease of use and management through Vasion allowed us to update networks, drivers, and reports to finally simplify our print heavy business.

We would love the ability to manage server shared printers that are not TCP based. We have a few proprietary printers that can be linked through Printerlogic but will not successfully share/install.

Print from anywhere with security is the best.

The ability to manage all your printers on a network from one central admin console is amazing. You can create configure set default setting and even auto deploy on chosen subnets. We have multiple sites across our state, and it saves hours every day with not having to remote in and install drivers.

I know Vasion is still developing the scanning piece. The scanning piece needs to be improved from the standpoint of having it automatically create OneDrive folders once they have authenticated with it.

It’s an easy to use interface on both the back and front ends. Very graphical and click to install.

Secure printing should be included in the package price, not as an add on.

The non-server printed management capability is significantly better than the standard Microsoft Print Server. We were frequently fighting with our print server, but now we don't ever have to think about it. It just works!

The initial setup took a little bit of work, but once done, it's a "set it and forget it" kind of situation. Still the initial setup wasn't as bad as setting up a Microsoft Print Server.

We just started rolling out the system to our users, but from an IT view this is SO much easier, cleaner and faster than trying to get printers and drivers out to staff using our MDM solution. I don't have to build a separate package for each printer and upload it to the MDM, then push it out. I only have to upload/configure the driver(s) once per printer type and not for each individual printer. So, when adding a new printer, I can just select the driver that I've already uploaded from a drop down menu and apply it. Bonus that I only have to update that driver in one location too (admin panel), and it distributes to all the clients. Another great feature is the ability to hide printers that are at other locations based on the user's IP address. They can travel to different locations and only see/install printers at that location. It's also nice that the users can only install the printers they are going to use and not have to sort through a list of printers that have been automatically installed that they will never use. It also helps that I can upload a map of the building and drop the printers onto the map so the users can see exactly where a certain printer is and install it right from the map. The printer icons can show whether it is a color or black and white which helps users as well. The reporting function is quite detailed and is allowing us to "cut" out a separate system for logging print usage. We also setup email alerts for things like low toner and paper jams which is nice, but there is a but...see the "dislike for a short explanation (TLDR: too many emails) The instructions are easy to follow for setting things up though like Azure/Entra. I'd never linked an Enterprise application before and the documentation made it very easy to do so that I could provision users. We're getting ready to decommission our print servers that give us headaches from time to time. Vaison assisted us with the initial setup and offered excellent support during the trial phase. Post trial support has been quick to respond as well.

he biggest challenge that I am having is remembering where to go in order to configure certain things. We deployed the client through our MDM, but there is still a little interaction needed by the user to complete setup, which can be difficult for some users. The only other issue I have is that after setting the alerts for toner, I got too many emails, even after setting it to the maximum time. There may be a setting to change that to notify once and be done, but I have not found that yet.

The transition from our previous Printer Software was seamless and very smooth. We rolled out 19 new Printers with the PrinterLogic Software deployed across the country and I could not have had a more pleasant and smooth operation from any point of view.

I personally did not endure any troublesome glitches or serious problems through out the deployment. Client end hardware was the only issue we had to deal with.

The product is easy to use, configure and maintain. Printers and driver deployment is no longer a concern for us.

The need for Chrome browser add-ins required us to open a few extra things to make it work as desired.

Ease of printer installation across locations.

Slow printing with Chrome OS using IPP and sites not refreshing to display sites and printers.
