Pros:

We were using a product before and I did not like thta we had to have accounts that were active all the time. This product diasables the accounts when not in use.

Cons:

Some of the functions could be easier to use.

Reasons for choosing Netwrix Privilege Secure

We liked the way it handles accounts and the role based access.

Reasons for switching to Netwrix Privilege Secure

We moved to nutanix as our vmware and we would have had to have pay cyberark to move it to the new platform.

Pros:

I most like they're support. They've always very response and helpful every time we have an issue. The product itself is also very easy to use.

Cons:

I don't really have a con. Sometimes the documentation for troubleshooting doesn't quite cover all the issues we've seen though. So for most problems I've had to open a ticket.
