The speed of accomplishing the tasks. The flexibility that they provide. The communication is excellent. They work based on well known platforms, which are one of the best on the market. And they are professionals about the same.

Cons:

The software is never perfect out of the box and as advertised. Be prepared for a lot of custom work and additional charges, If you have a big project. However the pricing is OK.

I really didn't find anything I didn't like about PrintXpand. Everything was well organized and met my expectations.

Review of PrintXpand for Magento

I have had a great experience with PrinXpand in the last 3 years and credit their product and support for making my business succeed. I have concluded that the PrintXpand solution is more important to my business than any printing equipment we own. I consider the PrintXpand solution as the heart of my business and my printing equipment secondary to the PrintXpand solution.

Pros:

Over the last 3 years, the most important thing I like about PrintXpand is the technical staff that I have access to on a weekly if not daily contact as we continue to work on new features and application for new products. I have had only two different software support engineers in the last three years and I have really enjoyed working with both of them.

Cons:

Time Zone difference. I am in Pacific Time Zone and their support time zone is 12.5 hours different from mine. But I must say I have adapted to getting support in the evenings from as early as 7 pm, my time, and as late as 9 am, my time. We have even had support when needed mid day, my time, when it is mid night in their time zone.

Brush Your Ideas Designer Tool

Although I am familiar with some of the components of this industry I have never managed my own business and so the right tools are essential for me to succeed. The Brush Your Ideas system has solved the problem of how to approach the market and offer what I hope is a winning concept for the future.

Pros:

I have followed the development of this type of online production software for many years hoping to incorporate it into a business of my own one day and Brush Your Ideas have finally made that possible due to the scalability of their product, I'm starting small but I know there is a great upgrade path for me in the future. The software compares well with any other product on the market but the team behind it make it the clear winner.

Cons:

The only thing I have found difficult has been my newness to the system but with the support of the rep and his team I have been on a steep learning curve and hopefully will prosper in the future.

I do like the other systems but the Brush Your Ideas Designer Tool software, even at an entry level, does everything needed to start a business in this industry. Again, it's modularity and upgrade path make it very accessible and I'm excited to see where it leads to in the future.
