Great time management tool with ease of use

Over all i am using this from 8 years and i think i will keep using it as its the tool i can not replace with any other.

Pros:

This is a great tool to measure the productivity of a developer of any person who is at work. I love everything about Toggl however the ease of use is the main key that i use this product everyday.

Cons:

Well if i am using desktop application in Mac this have few bugs so i am using its web option. I hope Toggle will make Mac App more bug free.

Amazing free time-tracking app!

Overall, I love Toggl Track. I have been using it consistently for the past 5 years, and it has allowed me to track my time and understand my work habits efficiently. I don't currently use the software integrations, but these seem to be numerous as well.

Pros:

It's an incredibly powerful free tool. You can make just about any report you could need with the free version. I like that I am not limited to a certain number of projects or tags. There are some features that are limited to the paid version, but these do not hinder you from tracking your time quickly and efficiently with the free version.

Cons:

The mobile app is much more limited, and there isn't a way to see all of your week's entrees at one time in the calendar view on mobile.

Everything a freelancer needs for time management

I've used Toggl for years to track my time on work for clients. I can leave the timer running or add estimates or edit my recorded time if I left it running too long. I can download pdfs of my times in a nice looking bar graph, check the calendar option to look back at previous sessions and it's all free with Android app and chrome extension options. The ui and ux is pleasant and everything is easy to navigate.

Incredible Tool

I've been using the free version of Toggl Track for years and am so grateful that I have access to such excellent functionalities for free. It's a key tool in my freelance tech stack.

Pros:

Toggl makes it so easy to keep track of where my time is going each week. I love that I can easily create labels to differentiate between different clients and projects, which makes it really easy to pull reports to share with clients or to help me estimate how long certain types of projects take. This is invaluable information to have as a freelancer.

Cons:

I do wish it had better notifications in place for when I leave the timer running for too long by accident. But I have been impressed by the emails I receive if I accidentally leave it running overnight. And it is really easy to modify the time manually after stopping the timer so I can adjust the end time to the best of my memory.

Great time tracking app that works

Overall I’m extremely happy with. Toggl and would recommend it to any freelancer or solopreneur. If you need to track paid work, unpaid work, send out invoices, or want daily goals, Toggl is perfect

Easy to use, great UI, and ability to track projects and clients. Also hare great reporting and I love the goals feature

Cons:

Very few cons, works well and does everything plus more that one would want in a time tracking software.

Cons:

Sometimes I notice that Toggl will stop tracking time after some time, so I check every now and then to ensure the clock is still going.

Very polished, established time tracking software

Mainly positive. I've used it to track time as both a full-time employee and a contractor. I've never had a major issue.

Pros:

As a freelancer, I love the ability to set "keywords" for clients in the desktop app. When I'm on a browser tab or system program that contains the keyword (my client's brand name in this case), it reminds me to start the timer. Love that.

Cons:

I wish the freemium model was limited in number of products as opposed to features. This would be a better freemium model for my needs, but I understand their business decision as well.

I've been using this tool for a while now and I love that it is super easy to track your time.

Cons:

Price? In my opinion, $10 is a bit too much for me to spend personally on this. If I removed some of my subscriptions to other tools, though, I would purchase a subscription.

The best time tracker out there!

I've tried other trackers, but this is my favorite. Having Pomodoro in app is a great way to help me focus. It's an easy to use app with really great perks.

It's extremely user friendly. Easy to use, both the app as well as the browser add-on. The possibility of setting different projects and track time for different tasks.

Cons:

Nothing I can really think of, but having the option to change colors of the app, or dark mode would be great.
