Pros:

I use FeedHive to plan my Instagram posts and carousel posts. I love how easy it is to use, and it has helped me grow my followers so much! I also love that it will automatically retweet and split text for me. This is an affordable and easy-to-use Instagram and Twitter tool that I use every day!

Has everything we need and beyond

We previously used Hootsuite. FeedHive is much more straightforward and has everything we need, all organised in a very simple and tasteful way.

Pros:

The ease of automated social scheduling across the platforms. It is very intuitive and easy to adopt.

Cons:

It is very hard for me to say what exactly. We had a couple of 'wishes' back in the day but they all came to fruition with the constant feature updates. Maybe the #hashtag generator could be better. I noticed it throws some irrelevant hashtags when prompted, even with very elaborate post captions. But we use other tools to research hashtags, so it doesn't really affect the performance in our case.

I don't recommend this

I wanted to buy it but first I tried the free version, I tried two social networks, first twitter and it worked fine, then I tried instagram and it was impossible to post or schedule. It always gave an error, I reported it to support, they read me and never responded. Instagram is the most important and the main thing that people use and it doesn't work. sad.

Cons:

Instagram isn't working. Poor support, they never answered me.

The interface is easy to navigate; the analytics feature is very insightful and helps optimize reach, and the recycle feature is amazing when I can't think of something to post.

Would love to see a auto DM feature implemented soon

Best UI on the market

I've used Planoly, Smarterqueue, Hootsuite, and other 3rd party apps and none of them are as intuitive or as user-friendly as FeedHive. The app has streamlined my work into an efficient workflow. I will keep this one.

Pros:

The user interface is beautiful. While there's no mobile app, the same UI carries over to a mobile browser. I love how I can easily click on a date and add a post. I love that draft content pops up when I click on an empty post too. I'm super happy with the customer relations. They are very responsive to bug reports and prioritize feature requests from their audience. They are listening. They just added Pinterest capabilities.

Cons:

I dislike how my accounts have to be revalidated regularly. I have had scheduled posts fail because of this. I haven't reported it but I should. I would like the ability to auto-matically recycle past posts. I hope this is one of their priorities.

The UI of Smarterqueue wasted a lot of my time. I really hated how many clicks I had to make.

Replaced ContentStudio with FeedHive.

It's like using an iPhone for the very first time--you didn't know what you were missing all your life.

Pros:

FeedHive's user interface and experience are top-notch-- it makes Hootsuite and ContentStudio look dated with its modern design. While obviously far from being the first in the industry, the team is implementing a design sense that is akin to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] removing the keyboard from the phone. Every feature of FeedHive is meticulously planned and beautifully executed.

Cons:

Perhaps what I would like to see more is a native graphics design studio that doesn't rely on Canva or Brandbird. However, perhaps that's not what FeedHive is trying to be. Yahoo has pages of news on its website, and Google just has its search bar, but look who won the search engine war. We don't need to ask Google to be what it isn't. (FeedHive is obviously Google here.)

Reasons for switching to FeedHive

While ContentStudio was feature rich, the experience was clunky overall. Seeing my posts fail was always discouraging, and as an early adaptor, I saw how it took a very long time for them to develop their social inbox. There was something about the UI that didn't delight me-- it felt cheap, and somewhat juvenile. FeedHive on the other hand is sleek. While it's not as robust as ContentStudio at the moment, its development speed is rapid, and it's absolutely delightful to use. Everything is polished and beautiful.

Best software for social media

Feedhive is one of the best social media platforms I have ever used. I always used publer as my go-to social media poster then i found feedhive this product is so good its unreal from little things like saving templates i use all the time to it scanning my account to find the most active times for me to post if you have never used this system then you NEED to try it today.

Pros:

I love the clean interface and intuitive handling. Post publishing can be automated by assigning a label with date to a post. At this point, Unsplash is integrated as an image database and animated GIFs are available. Of course, own files can be uploaded. Templates can be created from created posts. Hashtags can be generated in the post, a possibility to insert small sentences for inspiration in the post is also included and an AI gives an estimate of how the posting will be received by users. The post can be made immediately, entered in the calendar or set with other posts at a previously defined time. Posts that have already been sent can be recycled easily and quickly. What I also like, you can reply to comments in FeedHive. Integration of other networks is on their roadmap, as well as other functionality, such as iOS and Android apps.

Cons:

For my needs, there are pretty much no drawbacks. There could be a few more social networks integrated, but those are already on FeedHive's roadmap.

Reasons for switching to FeedHive

Ocoya is by far not a bad product and has integrated AI for text writing compared to FeedHive. But a clear and intuitive handling is important to me and if you write a lot anyway, a workflow is available for that anyway.

Impressive Saas with an awesome community.

According to me Feedhive has the potential to be the best solution I have found to manage social accounts for my company and for my clients too. It has a lot of features about social management (from planning to ai, to best hour to staff notes. But what i love, the customer care and backend. Every month there are new features, every time you have an issue, they solved it. The community of FB is impressive. We discuss about everything and [SESNITIVE CONTENT] and co. take care of every suggestion Extremely useful saas. I reccomend it

An Easy to use Social media scheduler with AI generated tags

It's one of the easiest social media scheduler. The AI generated hashtags are also relevant. The interface is clean and modern. The founder and his team are super friendly, and they are helpful. They are open to both positive feedback and critical feedback.
