Conga CPQ empowers sales, partners, and customers to efficiently configure complex products and services offerings, and provide personalized prices and quotes, utilizing codified product and pricing information - ensuring higher win rates and a more pleasurable buying experience. Maintain a single price book, discounting structure, and quoting structure across all your channels.

Sales professionals can process multiple data sets and manage orders, invoices, and revenue across the pipeline. Administrators can create templates for designing quotes, prepare a summary, and renew quotes based on predefined pricing or rules. Supervisors can also create, edit, clone, and remove standalone or bundle products and manage categories and product attribute values.

Product rules can be set up to let sales representatives include, exclude, replace, recommend, and verify products. Users can rate the selected products by adjusting markup values, offers, or discounts, build tiered pricing options, configure currency rounding, and enable price ramps for subscription-based services.     My overall experience with Conga CPQ is good. Using it we can use our salesforce data in documents using various merge fields in conga and provide the digital signage to the customer.

    It provides a lot of features and functionality to maintain the Quotation process in CPQ. Using it we can easily solve the problem of digital signage and use the salesforce merge fields in documents.

We also simplify the configuration of the product, prices, create proposals and is easier to manage than other similar products. We increase the satisfaction of sales from the perspective of the quotation and contracting process.

    All updates generally require significant testing to ensure that unforeseen problems do not occur. The updates are a real problem.

    Apttus CPQ has a lot of functionality - but not always where we need it. Where we are finding the gap is in pricing. Each customer has to have their own price list and with the number of customers with specific pricing, we are looking at a lot of price lists to maintain. Otherwise, the functionality is great!
