Reviewing Univents as an all in one booking & ticketing platform

Pros:

The ability to bring everything a modern event organizer needs into a single platform is something I like most about Univents. The vast number of features similar to what you would find at the largest ticketing platforms on the planet, plus the promising social engagement app Univents App which gives organizers the ability to not just sell, but retain their userbase over an extended period of time is promising. I'm not surprised that a team of [SENSITIVE CONTENT] (as shown on their website) have the ability to pull together a software platform of such fine development quality.

Cons:

Integration with all the mainstream payment platforms are there. But Univents lacks an integration with MTN Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa and other payment systems is still lacking for them to effectively tackle events marketing in East Africa.

Besonders hilfreich ist für mich hier persönlich, dass ich nicht wie bei anderen Anbietern nur meine Event Management Seite habe, sondern dass ich meinen Kunden auch einen riesen Mehrwert durch die App bereitstellen kann. Sie finden hier eine ganze Reihe an Events, die ebenfalls auf ihre Wünsche passen, können sich direkt mit mir austauschen und gleichzeitig ihre Freunde zu meinen Veranstaltungen einladen. Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass das auch sehr von Vorteil für die eigene Reichweite ist.

Cons:

Es wäre cool noch mehr direkte Integrationen in der Admin Seite zu haben, wie zum Beispiel auf die Chats direkt antworten zu können.

Mit Univents war es uns nicht nur möglich unsere Veranstaltung in ein paar simplen Schritten abzuwickeln, sondern wir haben gleichzeitig viel Unterstützung in Form von Kontakten zu Catering Services oder Marketing Experten erhalten. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

Cons:

Bisher läuft das Service Provider Netzwerk rein über manuelle Empfehlungen Seitens Univents ab. Es wäre großartig hier ebenfalls einen Marktplatz zu haben, um die Suche zu automatisieren.

Pros:

Mit den integrieten Formularen können wir die Gäste problemlos vorselektieren. Das kenne ich so tatsächlich bisher von keinem anderen Ticketsystem. Den auserwählten Gästen können wir dann exklusive Zahlungslinks und Ticketlinks zuschicken, um entweder vor Ort oder im Stream an unserer Firmenveranstaltung teilzunehmen. Dazu ermöglicht uns Univents eine ganze Bandbreite an Zahlungsmethoden von PayPal über Kreditkarte und Sepalastschrift bishin zu schlichten Überweisungen abzubilden.

Cons:

Eine native Streamintegration würde das Gesamtkonzept abrunden aber die Lösung über YouTube und Vimeo mit Zugangsbeschränkung funktioniert bisher auch gut.
