    Managing multiple teams across multiple numbers is confusing and having a robust chat search function would help us know where messages are stored. Also the reporting tool should be more comprehensive to enable us to measure customer satisfaction levels effectively

    The support team is amazing in resolving the queries. The product is continuously improving. AI chatbot feature is amazing, very easy to train and implement to improve productivity of the support team.

    The interface is not user-friendly and feels cluttered Native integration with HubSpot only displays basic info, would love to see additional analytics without the need for tools like make/ zapier

    I. LOVE. RASAYEL. I am not the biggest fan of talking over the phone to dozens of people every single day but I do love chatting.

    Cons:
    In rare occasions sometimes I can't open a chat with an individual or two. I think this issue has been fixed though because it didn't happen once in the last 4 months.
