I have been using it for quite some time and accidentally pressed the wrong button, which resulted in $100 being deducted from my account. I asked for a refund, but they have been emailing me for 1.5 months, stating that their policy does not include refunds.

Cons:

Very frustrating customer support. I wasted my one-week raising ticket. Appmysite has a very poor support system. Apps have bugs about discounts not showing correctly.

We've been searching for an easy way to convert our websites to apps for months, and everything that we've tried either didn't work, or it was too complicated, or too expensive. Appmysite has a super user-friendly dashboard that has just enough customization options to make a beautiful and functional app, but not spend ages doing it.

Cons:

At the moment, we're very happy with the user experience and end result. Also, Appmysite support team is great! All our questions were answered super-quickly and precisely.

I really like the fact that you can be setup, ready to go in under an hour for most things. It’s also quite flexible allowing you to easily customize what you want shown and even what categories you want to appear. Customizations - logos & brand colors - are very easy to set!

Cons:

Honestly, there’s nothing I didn’t like! The ease of use is phenomenal and the ability to add things in on a modular level is amazing!
