Cons:
This product covers all the modules which organizations look in a CRM at present . Nothing which we do not like about this :)

Forget about forgetting- Livespace!

Thanks to livespace (I am using it for years now) I do not have to remember. No more "did I forget about something?" or "what is the next step?" questions to myself. I know where I am in each project at any given time- just give me few sec. to long in!

Livespace is extremely intuitive and available options to adjust this program allow to use it not only as CRM but also as project management tool.
Cons:
It is just a minor issue- there is not desktop version that allows to work outside the browser. Please note that it does not have any impact on performence it is just my "feelings".

Asana just didn't work for me. Livespace is more intuitive.

easy-to-use interface, readability of the entire CRM system, ability to add notifications to the calendar, easy creation of "sales opportunities" on the client, fast operation every day, efficient resolution of problems that very rarely appeared anyway
Cons:
I haven't observed after using this CRM system for 2.5 years

before, there was no simple internal CRM system, which is why most salespeople kept statistics in Excel

Livespace the coolest CRM

I have been using Livespace for 13 months now and have been very happy with the tool. I especially appreciate its intuitiveness and ease of use, which has greatly sped up my daily tasks.

I use Livespace most often to manage my sales process and create sales funnels. I find the function to quickly note sales events, plan tasks and work with the calendar extremely useful. The mobile app with call tracker is another big plus - it keeps all important information always at my fingertips.
Cons:
I miss sales rep tracking with GPS. It would be great to see if sales rep was present at the meeting in a given location

It includes all the essential features needed to manage and drive B2B sales, without overloading users with unnecessary or overly complex elements. What I appreciated most is how the system simplifies daily work—it supports salespeople instead of overwhelming them, making CRM feel like a helpful assistant rather than a chore.
Cons:
There’s little to complain about, but if I had to point out something, it would be that Livespace might not have as many advanced automation features or integrations as some enterprise-level CRMs. However, this is also what keeps it lightweight and focused—so it's more of a trade-off than a drawback.
