I love mygate

It is really good tool to manage society smoothly. It has a lot of features which can be used for better society management

Robust infrastructure with maximum services available for society management. A lot of reports for accounting purposes.

Cons:

Onsite support when needed. They can have some onsite support system for the registered premium societies

Reliable all-in-one community ERP and security management

We have been uaing Mygate from past 7 years. Its a great and must have application for any apartment or villa community for seamlessly managing accounts , tenants , visitors and owners. MyGate is feature rich wirh easy to use user interfaces. It has evolved from simple gate management to all-in-one solution from accounting , ERP and visitor management and so on. Good customer support for customization and issue resolution.

Guest Access control. Invoice generation to collect maintenance amount automatically. Surprise guest visit. Sending Notices to community to keep residents up to date on current affairs. Maintenance Payment reminders. Pre approvals. Ease of revenue generation for community.

Cons:

Security patrolling do not work as it is advertised. Face recognise should be implemented to automatically open gate for residents at entry.

When a delivery person enters, there should be automatic time out and ensure the person exits by scanning his exit;

Overall MyGate has been a must have in the RWA toolbox. I can't imagine doing all this without MyGate

Pros:

The resident directory (owner and tenant) and the accounting modules are absolute game changers. The conversation and notices modules are used quite a lot as well The recently introduced pre-approval module is very useful as well

Cons:

The login module does not allow multiple roles. For example, if I am an admin and an owner at the same time, then I need two different logins.

Switching from Adda to Mygate was the best call

Before Mygate, we used NBH and manual Excel sheets for accounting. It was chaotic. With Mygate, everything is under one roof. The ERP module tracks dues, payments, and reconciliations automatically. The communication feature ensures every resident knows what’s happening. We finally feel like a professional organisation rather than a volunteer group.

I’ve seen many platforms that call themselves ERP, but Mygate is the only one that lives up to it. From finance to facility bookings, from visitor management to communication, it’s all here. As a treasurer, I don’t have to chase multiple systems or export data anymore. Mygate is my one-stop solution. Compared to NBH, where we were constantly worried about patchy updates, Mygate feels robust and reliable.

Cons:

Occasional lag or downtime during peak hours. Visitor approvals sometimes take longer than expected if the internet connection is weak.
