I love mygate

It is really good tool to manage society smoothly. It has a lot of features which can be used for better society management

Robust infrastructure with maximum services available for society management. A lot of reports for accounting purposes.

Cons:

Onsite support when needed. They can have some onsite support system for the registered premium societies

Mygate is best decision we made for our society

I have been enjoying the the user experience of mygate its very professional ease to use and its dedication to improve app timely is outstanding and adding different feature’s and keeping user engaged etc is awesome like hose services, near by listings, market places rent of near by apartments etc etc is outstanding and I am very much happy that we were able to get mygate for our society

Pros:

My gate is very convenient to use and frequent updates to improve the app makes it stand out from other apps and it has a great visitor management like guest, delivery and other help which makes us easier to allow specific vendors or delivery inside. Tenant management is also very simple and easier to configure along with collecting tenant rent and coming to accounting part it has a good dashboard for various things and very simple to add the maintenance fees incremental discounts and various reposts it has for the ERP. It has a dedicated customer relationship manager for all the customer support issues and also an integrated chat feature for support.

Cons:

When it comes to addressing the ground issues like app not working sometimes their field officer takes more time to visit and rectify, since this stops gate entries mygate should provide after resolution to it.

Centralized management of invoicing, billing, payment & helpdesk. The app is feature rich. Notices, polling and survey features are good.

Cons:

Navigation is worst. Breadcrumb just made useless. If you navigate 2-3 levels then there is no option to comeback to previous step, one has to start from step 1 again. Customer support really needs to improve, and the developers so not proactively work to resolve the issues and implement suggestions. Too many ads.

Reliable all-in-one community ERP and security management

We have been uaing Mygate from past 7 years. Its a great and must have application for any apartment or villa community for seamlessly managing accounts , tenants , visitors and owners. MyGate is feature rich wirh easy to use user interfaces. It has evolved from simple gate management to all-in-one solution from accounting , ERP and visitor management and so on. Good customer support for customization and issue resolution.

Visitor management is good; Notifies vendor entry and pre-approval is great; accounting is really good; Entire apartment account generation, late fee etc features are excellent;

Cons:

When a delivery person enters, there should be automatic time out and ensure the person exits by scanning his exit;

Guest Access control. Invoice generation to collect maintenance amount automatically. Surprise guest visit. Sending Notices to community to keep residents up to date on current affairs. Maintenance Payment reminders. Pre approvals. Ease of revenue generation for community.

Cons:

Security patrolling do not work as it is advertised. Face recognise should be implemented to automatically open gate for residents at entry.

Overall MyGate has been a must have in the RWA toolbox. I can't imagine doing all this without MyGate

Pros:

The resident directory (owner and tenant) and the accounting modules are absolute game changers. The conversation and notices modules are used quite a lot as well The recently introduced pre-approval module is very useful as well

Cons:

The login module does not allow multiple roles. For example, if I am an admin and an owner at the same time, then I need two different logins.

Nothing as for now, but my age should upgrade to other societies as well. One of my friend societies doesn’t have mygate that’s very difficult for them so I suggest my gate to eliminating all the societies in India.

The overall experience has been top notch. It has brought a proper structure , transparency , and ease to our society's daily operations. Everything feels more organised than before and the app genuinely reduces the workload on both residents and the committee.

Comprehensive, all-in-one, ERP-focused suite. Earlier, we were juggling WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, guard registers, and manual accounting. After switching to MyGate, everything—from visitor entries to notices to accounting to customer support —sits neatly in one place.

Cons:

The app can prove to be overwhelming for new users because of too many features. Some security alerts feel unnecessary and can be reduced to some extent.
