* I like the combination of features / options available with Hide my wp ghost * the company behind the plugin is also known for another SEO plugin (that we use as well) * It's useful on its own and works along side other well known security plugins

Cons:

it's not a 100% replacement for the well known WP security plugins - the top 3 go-to plugins in the field - it takes some getting use to and learning to understand how it works the company behind Hide My WP Ghost is not known for best UI/UX :)

Pros:

I really liked the features that HideMyWPGhost offers. Comparing it with security plugins in terms of features and security, they offer the best deal for the bucks. Now I use this plugin on all of my websites, and I don't see any attacks anymore on my website. This is a game-changer for me!

Cons:

Sometimes, other plugins conflict with it, but you can easily fix it by tweaking some settings.

great value for money, one of the best support team I seen so far

I've been using it since 2021 as a scalable solution to manage easily and in effective way the security of all my Wordpress websites. I'm very happy with it, I encountered 2 bugs, but every time the customer support was super-fast in replying me and they acted immediately to fix the bugs

Best way to keep bad bots at bay

The experience has been great! Before, we had to use ReCaptcha to keep spammers away, but captchas are bad for site performance. With Hide My WP Ghost we don't have to worry about spammers anymore, and we don't need to use ReCaptcha

I love the fact that this works by hiding the Wordpress footprint, this is great because more than 50% of the websites today are using WordPress, so there are thousands of ways to attack it. If bots and hackers don't know that your website is running on Wordpress, they don't even try to hack it :)

Cons:

It's not mandatory, but it recommends turning off XML-RPC, but it doesn't say that doing this might affect API services. It's an easy fix though, just a notification message should do.

Hide My WP Ghost is awesome! Their customer support goes above and beyond to make sure everything is all good. They even helped me figure out a unique problem I was dealing with.Since I installed the plugin, it's stopped all the brutal force attacks on my site, which is a total win. It's so great that I don't have to worry about my account data or my customers' info being hacked.If you want to keep your WordPress site safe, you need to get Hide My WP Ghost. It totally gets a 5-star rating from me. Great product, great service!

Pros:

In the past, I used a similar product (I bought it on the Envato market), but it didn't satisfy my needs. However, I decided to buy the Pro version of this plugin and didn't regret it. This one just works. It's relatively simple to set up, and it has many security features except just hiding some WP traces.I highly recommend it to everyone who uses WordPress.

Cons:

None for now. Everything works very nicely, and without problems.

Cheapest firewall for WordPress

Good as basics firewall but best in hiding the admin contents on the site

Firewalls are very important for the WordPress security, among the other firewalls Hide my Wp Ghost is also an good one. Free version gives us lots of features that other premium plugins that don't provide like playing with the admin URLs

Cons:

Though it has the Brutal force protection and other firewall capabilities, I still feel that Hide my WP ghost is not good as other tools in the market

- The depth of the features. It lets you choose every single settings - The step by step configuration. While there is a lot to discover features-wise, everything is well explained and the doc is great. - the Facebook group for support

Cons:

- Not sure, I should put this in the "least" as it's probably not something that could be different: it takes time to setting it up right to not break the site.
