Global Assistant Procurement Manager for America's - ICC

Daily, I oversee my business unit and other members of our global procurement team monitoring the budget and product availability of our trading partners. On a monthly basis, I prepare reports to keep the business unit's capital expenditure up to date and coordinate deliveries with trading partners to prevent any issues in our daily operations. In a matter of minutes, you can see your investment optimized and improve the productivity of your activities. This is a very useful tool. Ewiz Procure is also a communication tool between you and your stakeholders for monthly expenditures.

Pros:

I'm pleased to use Unimart because we can calculate quotes by country or business unit worldwide and obtain all the details of the requirements. For example, quantities, prices, product types, and many more product images that our customers can select at any time, including specifications and delivery times. It's a very flexible and user-friendly tool.

Cons:

I couldn’t obtain a report for one BU per month, but the ewiz support team immediately addressed the ticket and resolved it. This was due to one of our internal users not completing their order in a timely manner, resulting in the report not being received. This helped notify our internal users, who realized they hadn't completed their order correctly, and they completed it so they could continue with the process.

easy to use, and very strong customer support. the powerweave team is very responsive , communication with the powerweave team is also very efficient. Lalita and the team is very supportive and helpful

Cons:

can improve on clearer Unimart dashboard for us to see the spend by supplier. also for reports, can perhaps help to share simplification.
