About Stitchflow

Stitchflow is a comprehensive SaaS management platform that maps every access policy and exception across an organization's IT environment. The system reconciles SaaS user data with systems of record to facilitate effortless audits, license renewals, and access reviews. Through its AI-powered continuous access review capabilities, Stitchflow identifies precisely which accounts require attention, eliminating unnecessary work while ensuring complete coverage. The platform integrates data from various sources, including non-API and non-SCIM applications that are unique to specific environments, requiring minimal maintenance from IT teams.

The platform offers detailed spreadsheet-like reports for license management, offboarding completeness verification, and compliance reviews. Stitchflow excels at detecting access misses such as ex-employees with lingering access permissions, users present in systems but absent from identity providers, and discrepancies between contractor and full-time employee access rights. The system also identifies license waste by flagging active licenses assigned to former employees and contractors, as well as underutilized licenses across the organization. Mon...

thly reports provide clear return on investment metrics to demonstrate the value of the platform. Stitchflow differentiates itself by accounting for unique organizational access policies and adapting automatically to changes such as rapid growth, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and new product lines. The platform serves as a single pane of glass for cloud IT tools, unifying data across the entire cloud environment to simplify management tasks. With instant connections to fifty cloud-native integrations and support for CSV imports from legacy applications, Stitchflow provides comprehensive visibility without requiring additional manual work to manage exceptions or non-standard applications. The fully managed SaaS solution operates without agents, requiring only authentication and synchronization to implement. Stitchflow handles all data normalization and relationship mapping across SaaS applications, addressing the fragmentation issues that typically cause IT departments to lose significant time searching for accessible but poorly organized information. By consolidating this data, Stitchflow helps organizations address user access risks, SaaS application gaps, compliance deficiencies, and resource drift that commonly plague complex IT environments.

Huge time saver for IT audits

5

Stitchflow has removed a lot of tedious, error-prone manual work for our IT team. We no longer have to audit SaaS renewals manually, and the ability to pull everything into a single view makes our processes way more efficient. It’s been a massive improvement in how we manage our SaaS tools.

Pros:
I was able to configure a board with all the required attributes across multiple SaaS platforms in just a few clicks. This has saved me hours compared to manually logging into each SaaS platform, exporting user data, and working with spreadsheets. The real-time usage stats help us stay on top of renewals, and we can reconcile licenses seamlessly without switching between tools. The ability to stitch multiple SaaS platforms together in one board view has been a game changer.
Cons:
Setting up the board requires a bit of upfront effort, but once it’s done, it runs smoothly and saves so much time.

No more spreadsheet chaos

5

When you start at a new company or inherit a messy IT setup, figuring out access control is a nightmare. Stitchflow takes that pain away. Instead of wasting hours manually matching up data from different tools, I can get a full picture of access patterns and issues in minutes. It helps me move faster, catch irregularities, and ultimately free up time to focus on automation and bigger IT initiatives. If you’re dealing with legacy tech debt, frequent org changes, or complex access setups, Stitchflow is a lifesaver.

Pros:
Stitchflow takes all the mess of access control and makes it manageable. Before, I had to export data from different apps, manually compare groups, and constantly update spreadsheets to track access. With Stitchflow, I can instantly see who’s in what group, where inconsistencies are, and what needs to be fixed. It’s a massive time-saver. Plus, it makes it easy to share access audits securely with stakeholders, instead of dealing with multiple spreadsheets that could get out of sync.

Reasons for choosing Stitchflow

Stitchflow is simply easier to work with, and faster to build the dashboards or collect the disparate data around identity and access management than Lumos.

Stitchflow has eliminated the manual spreadsheet work to manage our SaaS services

5

Stitchflow has been a game changer for IT. It’s eliminated tedious manual work, helped us clean up Slack, and made our app management process more efficient. The ability to let other teams self-serve data instead of relying on IT for reports has also been a huge benefit. If you’re still managing IT access through spreadsheets, you need this tool.

Pros:
Before Stitchflow, preparing for renewals or simply getting visibility into our SaaS services was hours and days spent in scattered spreadsheets. Pulling information from Okta, Slack, Microsoft, and other systems took hours just to compile, let alone analyze. Now, Stitchflow gives us an instant view, saving time and effort. One of the biggest impacts was Slack channel cleanup—we archived 60% of inactive channels, making navigation much easier for our employees. It’s also streamlined our app usage tracking, helping us make smarter renewal decisions.
Cons:
At first, the Atlassian reporting wasn’t accurate, which caused some issues during our renewal process. But the team was quick to fix it. The next big step would be better visibility across departments, showing exactly which employees have access to which tools in a single view.

Offboarding was manual and messy—Stitchflow made it simple

5

Stitchflow has been a game changer for our IT and security teams. Off-boarding is now seamless, security gaps are easier to spot, and we save hours every week. We no longer have to export lists and do manual VLOOKUPs. The team at Stitchflow is also top-notch—always available, proactive, and invested in our success. Highly recommended, especially for companies going through rapid growth.

Pros:
Off-boarding used to be a painful, manual process. Every day, we had to deactivate users across multiple apps, then do manual checks to make sure we didn’t miss anyone. Now, we can run queries across apps, catch discrepancies instantly, and remove access in just a few clicks. It also helps with bulk off-boarding in Google Workspace. The admin console is slow, and Google’s CSV method is frustrating. Stitchflow makes it seamless—we can deactivate users and reclaim licenses without jumping through hoops. It saves us hours every week.
Cons:
More automation would be great—especially for license management. Right now, if someone hasn’t used an app for 90 days, we have to manually remove their license. If Stitchflow could automate that process, it would help with cost savings and make renewal negotiations easier. Also, better support for non-SCIM apps would be a nice addition.

Essential tool for managing SaaS access at scale

5

It’s a massive time-saver. Managing accounts manually was taking up so much of our team’s time that we had to hire someone just to handle onboarding and offboarding. Some applications take hours to set up manually, and when you scale that across dozens of new hires, it becomes overwhelming. Stitchflow has streamlined a lot of that process, helping us stay organized without relying on endless spreadsheets.

Pros:
Before Stitchflow, everything was a manual process—we were living in spreadsheets, trying to track provisioning and deprovisioning across 140+ apps. There were always gaps because someone would forget to remove a user from an app or get distracted. Now, Stitchflow gives us a clear view of user access across multiple tools, making it easier to ensure the right people have the right access and permissions. Using Stichflow to standardize provisioning for different roles and creating tickets for us when gaps are identified has been a game changer for us.
Cons:
Would love to see more automation options, like the ability to trigger access reviews or send notifications directly through Slack. More integrations would also be helpful, especially for pulling in additional data points.

Stitchflow catches gaps we didn’t even know existed

5

Stitchflow’s been GREAT in helping us not miss stuff. Whether it’s identifying users suspended in Okta but still active in other apps, or just surfacing apps that teams bought without telling IT, it’s helped us close a lot of the visibility gaps. We still use it weekly for access checks, and the best part is it doesn’t require you to be in it every day to get value out of it.

Pros:
We used to do all of this manually - access checks, deprovisioning, audits. We'd have to go into every single app and figure out who had access, who didn’t, and who should. It wasn’t scalable. Stitchflow gave us visibility we didn’t have before. Especially during our domain migration and Okta rollout, it helped us find old accounts and mismatched logins that would’ve totally slipped past us. And it’s not something I have to check daily - I use it when I need to, and it just works.
Cons:
It’d be super helpful if it could look at things relationally. Like - this new hire is on the same team as six other people, but has different access. Why? Did we miss something? Being able to catch those access mismatches upfront would save a lot of time and make onboarding smoother.

No more spreadsheets for tracking licenses

5

Stitchflow has transformed how we manage software licenses. No more scrambling to figure out if we have enough licenses or stressing over inaccurate data during audits. The platform provides real-time visibility and makes license tracking effortless. Their team is also highly responsive to feedback, continuously improving the product. If your company is struggling with manual license tracking, this is an absolute game-changer

Pros:
Before Stitchflow, tracking software licenses was a mess. We relied on Google Sheets and Excel, constantly double-checking numbers manually—it was frustrating and incredibly inefficient. Stitchflow has completely simplified the process. Now, we get clear, reliable insights into our license usage, making it easy to spot inactive users and optimize resources. It has already saved us a lot of time and money, and I finally have peace of mind knowing our data is accurate.
Cons:
There’s always a learning curve with any new tool, but Stitchflow has been pretty intuitive. Plus, their support team is fantastic—quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
