The engine features on-demand provisioning of dedicated servers and clusters through Apps Manager or Cloud Foundry Command line interface. A9s Search uses a distributed architecture to manage large amounts of data across multiple servers, enabling rapid searches and accommodating more concurrent requests. TLS-encrypted client communication ensures secure data exchange between clients and the search engine.

A9s Search supports data migration through access to the OpenSearch API via Cloud Foundry CLI commands. Its infrastructure-agnostic design allows it to run on virtual machines and be managed within Kubernetes environments using Klutch. Developers can extend functionality through compatibility with OpenSearch plugins and extensions.
