Kudos is a great recognition program.

I enjoy using Kudos in my work environment to recognize my coworkers efforts at collaboration. It's something I recommend to companies wanting improved work satisfaction.

Pros:

Made it easier to brighten someone's day and recognize good work. It's a nice little extra perk for employees.

Cons:

Not all rewards are easily redeemed. I have a reward I've not been able to use still. I didn't get an answer to my question about it.

Pros:

With Kudos, we are able to improve the workplace positive culture. Makes the employees feel more encouraged through peer to peer recognition and rewarding system. Offers customizable rewards that fits the organization needs and budget.

Cons:

There is nothing that doesn't work about the tool. I feel that the peer to peer recognition is subject to bias.

That information is false. They do give you the points; however, you are unable to use them.” If you want it a little more direct or a little more casual, I can tweak it either way.

You received your points and try to but gift cards.And you will never receive the second email and then you email support team and they canceled your orders and give you back the points and the blame your Company and say they don’t have enough points for to use yours crazy.

Kudos focus more on value-based recognition and gamification. It helps in enhancing the workplace culture and keep the employee happy and motivates. Goal setting is easier and straightforward. The employee are able to engage with the HR team regarding the performance.

Cons:

The tool lacks advance analytic features Has a limited customization Cost

1. Super simple but very attractive P2P dashboard with external link inbuild 2. Secure login via okta to protect unauthorized access to employee's personal data 3. Offers a plethora of external vendor for awarded gift cards 4. Leaderboard design s customizable which is a great offering for any product company

Cons:

1. Integration is a bit issues initially as they are bit rigid to changes 2. Costly indeed in the market 3. No free trial were offered 4. Mobile version is not very sleek as it hangs frequently

Honey was too expensive with less features at that time and we are looking to save cost in software and put that to our human capital

Pros:

Kudos makes peer-to-peer recognition both fun and meaningful. Shoutouts, values tagging, and leaderboards keep morale high. We bring it up in weekly huddles and it’s just sort of become a habit.

Cons:

The analytics are a little shallow would love more about engagement patterns, or manager impact over time.
