- Asana does a great job of helping a team stay on track with multiple projects and multiple workflows. When we used it, it eliminated the need for scattered spreadsheets and tracking documents and helped us create a central project management hub.
- Asana is a bit pricey: To unlock advanced features like Timeline view, custom fields, advanced reporting, and automations, you need a Premium plan, which can become expensive for larger teams.
- The built-in chat and comments help keep conversations tied to tasks instead of lost in email threads, and file sharing inside projects makes it simple to attach the right documents where they’re needed.
- One thing I *don't* like is that I can only have one tab of a project open at at time - for example, if I need to get info from a Doc, I have to click over to Docs, but then to update a Todo, I have to leave the Doc and open the Todos.
