AssessTEAM vs PerformYard: Which is best for you?

The platform has helped us streamline our performance management process, making employee evaluations, goal tracking, and feedback easier to administer and more structured.

It is difficult for new users to manuever and choose correct"template", "ad-hoc", "evaluation scorering" etc.. and we had experience of "template" being duplicated or presented strange template that we did not create.

I like the flexibility in the process design and I value the ability to adapt and supplement the forms and evaluation cycles to align them, and I love its interface, its totally intuitive.

I have no idea why I’m getting manager training videos on my dashboard, I’m the Co-Founder , it makes zero sense.
