The platform has helped us streamline our performance management process, making employee evaluations, goal tracking, and feedback easier to administer and more structured.

It is difficult for new users to manuever and choose correct"template", "ad-hoc", "evaluation scorering" etc.. and we had experience of "template" being duplicated or presented strange template that we did not create.

Nice tool saving time by regularly sending surveys about employee performance, allowing giving feedback to employees quite easily, with privacy options to make it anonymous or visible.

No other software that I found had a trial available and we don't have the time or budget to invest in something that ends up not being useful for our organization.
