Jira vs Grow: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

Another strong advantage of Grow BI is its ability to integrate data from multiple sources into one centralized platform, saving time and reducing manual work.

The lack of templates for dashboards, especially in Marketing, where 90% of the dashboards and metrics are the same for all businesses, is my only frustration.
