Jira vs Plecto: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

My favorite aspects of using and implementing Plecto is how user friendly it is on the surface while also being highly customizable, making it adaptable to each technical level of users, from beginners to experts.

building technical features is ccomplex and not as transparent as to what and what is not possible with the product.
