Jira vs Project Insight: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

We use their product to capture key details of our projects, track our outreach and interactions, and to expedite approval workflows.

I just started using this and I was having an issue creating tasks and organizing them correctly.
