Easy to use Task Management App

Pros:

Its ease of use and simplicity. The AI recommendation makes my life easy. Its so easy to create, track and mark your task as complete. The team loves it.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike as such. They can improve the integration with other software, but the team is already working on those items/feedback.

Reasons for switching to BeforeSunset AI

I was using task manager by Google and Evernotes before using Beforesunset AI. For the first time, I am feeling I dont have to go back to my diary and pen to track my important tasks.

Just what I needed to plan my day

This software is great overall. I mentioned how great AI was but other features are amazing as well. I often times use focus mode, subtasks and tags. It makes my job easier. What I like the most about it is that this software is very easy to use.

I never knew how hard it was to plan my day, when I met the simplicity of BeforeSunset AI asked myself how I was doing it all on my own. It is so much simpler that way. It creates the perfect plan for me. I rarely need to tweak it.

No need to look for anything better

It makes doing my tasks way easier and simpler. I mostly use focus mode, AI daily planner and AI subtasks.

I have been looking for a good to-list software for a while. I have tried Motion and Sunsama but nothing fitted me as well as BeforeSunset. It has just the right amount of features. Nothing too complex but you have everything you need from focus mode to AI subtasks. Every feature’s focus is on making your day easier.

Cons:

I have no dislikes. Some reviews mention bugs but I have not run into any.

I mastered my time management skills

Aside from the time tracking and analytics features, I really like how easy it is to use. The dashboard and all the other features do not overwhelm me in any way, in fact they make me feel calm and peaceful and I really like that. I also really like that I can add my mood and it’s description in the main dashboard, it is a really useful feature so I can go back and see how much progress I’ve made depending on my mood.

I think time management and being focused all the time is a problem a lot of us face nowadays. That’s why I really like the time tracking and analytics features. I can finally analyze my progress and find areas where I can improve myself.

Cons:

I really love that there are multiple AI features. I was going to say I wish they had a feature where AI can plan our week but I just found out that they are working on that and I’m really excited about it.
