BugHerd vs ClickUp: Which is best for you?

I love it too much to have a least-liked feature, but if I had to point to something, I'd like the ability to have an 'explainer' within the projects, so if someone goes to a project, they know which URLs to review, expectations, timelines, etc., versus having to capture that information separately.

It can be a bit buggy on the front end of the software, with task notifications dropping off or shifting positions.

ClickUp brings all project tracking, invoicing, and automation together so that our whole editorial team can work in full collaboration and stay on top of deadlines.

what I like least about Clickup is the lag and delay especially when dealing with complex documents and AI suddenly crashing when using it to create a document.
