Confluence vs Document360: Which is best for you?

It’s a strong tool for team documentation and knowledge sharing, especially for keeping information centralized and accessible. While navigation and content upkeep can be challenging as documentation grows, its collaboration features, integrations, and flexibility make it a valuable platform for maintaining shared knowledge and supporting cross-team alignment.

I like it for organizing documents, but because of it's limitations of supporting various formats, I cannot use it as the only tool for all my documentation needs.

By providing a central, searchable repository, it has dramatically reduced the time employees spend searching for information, which boosts internal productivity.

The main drawback is the licensing model: even if you're only using the platform in one other language than English, you're required to purchase an English license.
