Confluence vs Drupal: Which is best for you?

It’s a strong tool for team documentation and knowledge sharing, especially for keeping information centralized and accessible. While navigation and content upkeep can be challenging as documentation grows, its collaboration features, integrations, and flexibility make it a valuable platform for maintaining shared knowledge and supporting cross-team alignment.

I like it for organizing documents, but because of it's limitations of supporting various formats, I cannot use it as the only tool for all my documentation needs.

It allows great customization and has a wide offering in terms of add-ons backed by the open source community or some companies.

Many plugins are abandoned so you need to be careful when using features that are not native.
