Confluence vs HelpSite: Which is best for you?

It’s a strong tool for team documentation and knowledge sharing, especially for keeping information centralized and accessible. While navigation and content upkeep can be challenging as documentation grows, its collaboration features, integrations, and flexibility make it a valuable platform for maintaining shared knowledge and supporting cross-team alignment.

I like it for organizing documents, but because of it's limitations of supporting various formats, I cannot use it as the only tool for all my documentation needs.

Being able to try it out for 30 days really helps in the "buy in" from the team. When the president of our company went to test it out at a company meeting he queried one of the more unusual support call questions we received and in seconds he had the answer.

It;s a shame there are also not basic customisation options on the free plan too.
