Deputy vs Paycom: Which is best for you?

I've used Deputy in multiple organisations in restaurants, events and education settings over many years and it has always been pretty reliable, though I don't think it developed as quickly as other similar software packages and started to lag behind a bit.

When employee enters a punch that overlaps with a time off request, the kiosk doesn't log the punch or notify the employee that there is an issue.

Implementing Paycom was a huge project as my company uses Paycom for many HR functions (Payroll, timekeeping and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, and license management.

This function changes alot and one frustration we have is that when those updates happen and we make a change to an employee, something breaks and we have to dig in deep w/ our specialist to figure out how to fix it.
